The Ruilan X3 Pro was manufactured in March 2025. It features an automatic sunroof, keyless entry, push-button start, multi-function steering wheel, cruise control, automatic projector headlights, power mirrors, four power windows with one-touch up/down, a large central control screen, and a reversing camera. It's a brand new car with just over 200 kilometers on it.
Under international practices and our standard CIF/FOB terms, the THC at the port of origin (China) is borne by the seller; all THC and port miscellaneous charges incurred at the destination port during unloading are to be paid by the buyer (consignee) upon local customs clearance and pickup.
Due to legal restrictions preventing unregistered vehicles from high-speed driving on public roads in China, most of our dynamic tests are conducted in a closed area (with a maximum speed of around 60 km/h). This is sufficient to test for suspension noise and low gear smoothness, but it cannot simulate high-speed wind noise and tire balance vibrations at 120 km/h.
Unless the previous owner retained the original parts and provided them to us, we usually keep the existing modifications and clearly state in the report "includes non-original modifications." Since the standards for illegal modifications vary by country, buyers should assess whether these modifications can legally pass inspection in their destination country.
