We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

We will provide the transfer record from the vehicle registration certificate. A high number of transfers does not necessarily indicate poor condition (for example, internal transfers within a family for quota purposes), but we will consider it a risk factor and conduct a more thorough physical inspection to verify its actual condition.

We have established a database of target country policies. Check the specific requirements of the destination country in advance regarding vehicle age (left-hand/right-hand drive), emission standards (Euro 4/Euro 5), and steering position (left-hand/right-hand drive) to avoid customs clearance issues upon arrival.
