The front bumper has been removed and repainted, the hood has been removed and repainted (likely to be replaced), the left front fender has been removed and repainted, the right front fender has been removed and repainted, there are signs of removal on the radiator support frame, and there are signs of removal on the longitudinal beam bolts.
Unfortunately, cross-border used cars are not covered by the manufacturer's free recall. If a physical recall occurs involving safety issues (like brake pump defects), we will notify you and offer improved new batch parts at cost price, but you will need to cover the labor costs for the replacement.
We must inform you objectively: Most Chinese car manufacturers' connected services (cloud servers) are restricted by data security regulations and overseas network limitations. Once the vehicle leaves China, the factory-installed SIM card will become inactive. This means that official OTA upgrades and factory mobile app remote controls (like pre-cooling the car or unlocking doors) typically cannot be used overseas. The vehicle will operate as a standalone version, but this will not affect basic driving and physical button functions.
It rarely happens, but there is a clear mechanism. If the transaction is canceled due to our reasons (such as the vehicle being suddenly seized by judicial authorities during the transfer), we will refund the full deposit you have paid and provide additional compensation according to the penalty clauses in the contract.
