We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

The catalytic converter contains precious metals, making it a target for theft. During chassis inspection, we check if the welding points of the catalytic converter are in their original state. Once verified, the vehicle will be sealed after being handed over to port logistics to prevent disassembly and resale.

Chinese standard electric vehicles use the national standard (GB/T) charging interface. If your country uses the European standard (CCS2), American standard (CCS1), or Japanese standard (CHAdeMO), the vehicle cannot be plugged directly into local charging stations. To address this issue, we will recommend or provide high-quality certified adapters (Adapter) with CE/UL safety certification. Please confirm the charging station specifications in your area with our sales personnel before purchasing.
