We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

The storage area at the roll-on/roll-off terminal is entirely outdoors, which is standard practice at ports worldwide. During the few days vehicles wait to be loaded, they will inevitably be exposed to sun and rain and accumulate dust. We will not provide custom car covers as this would significantly hinder the efficiency of dock workers moving vehicles.

Our system provides basic risk alerts based on the general regulations of the main exporting countries, but the final responsibility for confirming whether the vehicle meets the import country's regulations lies with the buyer. We will rigorously indicate the vehicle's production year, first registration date, and Chinese emission standards (such as National V, National VI) on the details page. We recommend that you submit this accurate data to the local vehicle management department or customs agent for verification before placing an order.
