If there are any outstanding safety recalls (such as replacing Takata airbags), we will require the original owner to assist in sending it to an official 4S shop to complete the free recall work before the vehicle is deregistered.

Our system provides basic risk alerts based on the general regulations of the main exporting countries, but the final responsibility for confirming whether the vehicle meets the import country's regulations lies with the buyer. We will rigorously indicate the vehicle's production year, first registration date, and Chinese emission standards (such as National V, National VI) on the details page. We recommend that you submit this accurate data to the local vehicle management department or customs agent for verification before placing an order.

Our responsibility ends with delivering the vehicle to the Russian border or Far East port and providing the legal Chinese export documents. The payment of Scrap Tax, application for SBKTS (Vehicle Structure Safety Certificate), and activation of the final e-PTS electronic passport must be fully handled by the Russian buyer and their local customs broker.
