If the SOH is below our established export safety standard (usually above 80%, depending on the vehicle's age), the vehicle will be intercepted and not sent overseas.

Absolutely not. The U.S. DOT and EPA have strict import restrictions on non-compliant vehicles. Any Chinese used car that is not 25 years old and not produced to U.S. standards will face mandatory crushing and destruction upon arrival at U.S. ports. We directly reject such non-compliant orders.

As rubber seals age, "slight oil seepage (oil stains but no dripping)" is very common in used cars and is not considered a major fault. Our recommendation is: as long as the oil level does not drop abnormally, just clean and monitor it regularly after arrival, without the need to immediately incur high costs to disassemble and replace the seals.
