The contract should include the following note: Both parties agree that if the main structure of the vehicle is cut and replaced, water-damaged, or burned, the vehicle can be returned and a refund can be issued within one month, with no compensation to either party. However, Party A is not responsible for other conditions such as sheet metal repairs, painting, deformation, or the accuracy of the mileage.
The storage area at the roll-on/roll-off terminal is entirely outdoors, which is standard practice at ports worldwide. During the few days vehicles wait to be loaded, they will inevitably be exposed to sun and rain and accumulate dust. We will not provide custom car covers as this would significantly hinder the efficiency of dock workers moving vehicles.
Our FOB vehicle quotes are typically valid for 72 hours (as domestic retail vehicle sources can be sold at any time); sea freight quotes are valid for 7 to 14 days (depending on shipping line changes). After expiration, prices need to be recalculated based on real-time exchange rates and domestic procurement conditions.
No hidden fees. The total amount on the FOB/CIF invoice is the final amount. We rely on professional supply chain operations to earn a reasonable margin and do not allow any sales personnel to privately request kickbacks or service fees from you.
