I acquired a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter registered in August 2019, a 2.1T diesel mid-wheelbase luxury version, 14 seats, China V emission standard, non-commercial, with just over 10,000 kilometers on the odometer, original paint and no accidents, with added double roof racks, diesel heater, solid wood flooring, streaming rearview mirror, and independent front and rear air conditioning. It's practically a brand new car, with all the necessary paperwork and transfer included!
If the car has been maintained at an authorized dealer, we can extract the desensitized official maintenance history (including entry time, mileage, and maintenance items) through a paid third-party data provider and provide it to you. If some year records are missing, we will honestly inform you that the "records are incomplete."
Unfortunately, cross-border used cars are not covered by the manufacturer's free recall. If a physical recall occurs involving safety issues (like brake pump defects), we will notify you and offer improved new batch parts at cost price, but you will need to cover the labor costs for the replacement.
If the system reports "storage card error," we will consider it as damage or loss of the original owner's personal items, and the platform will not provide a new high-speed TF card for free; the buyer must purchase a replacement after arriving at the port.
