We offer one-on-one service from professional sales staff and have a professional after-sales service team and our own after-sales repair workshop, providing you with 5S dealership-level service. We mainly deal in mid-to-high-end models such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Toyota, and Volkswagen.
Our standard holding period is 3 business days after the deposit is paid (based on the timestamp of the payment slip). The domestic used car market in China moves very quickly, and if we do not receive the bank message confirming the deposit within the specified time, the system will automatically release the hold, and the vehicle will be re-listed for public sale.
We can only infer from the existing connected maintenance records. If the records show continuity and adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule, we will assign a high credit score; if there are gaps of tens of thousands of kilometers, we will assume it was not well maintained during that period and alert you.
The registration certificate will show whether the previous owner was an individual (registered with ID) or a company (registered with a business license). Vehicles under a company may be driven by multiple people, so we will focus on checking the uniformity of interior wear and the condition of the chassis.
