In January 2023, I bought a NIO ES7 for 75,000 RMB, upgraded with Cloud White exterior, Pamir Brown Nappa leather interior, head-up display, full package, audio system, ambient lighting, autopilot, soft-close doors, roof rack, hands-free tailgate, 20-inch wheels, adjustable suspension, wireless charging, and everything else you could want. It's a first-hand seller with zero accidents and almost original paint.
All vehicles on the lift must be inspected. We will provide high-definition close-up photos of the chassis directly below, suspension components, and the mid to rear section of the exhaust. We will honestly show any minor surface rust (a common phenomenon in cast iron); if we find bent longitudinal beams or extensive through-corrosion, the vehicle will be scrapped and not exported.
Odors are difficult to convey through images, so our quality inspectors conduct subjective smell assessments and record them. For vehicles with severe smoke or mold odors, if deep ozone sterilization is ineffective, we will downgrade the vehicle and mark the report with a red "Odor Warning" at the top.
It depends on the situation. If the video inspection reveals significant mechanical faults or structural damage not disclosed in the inspection report, the deposit will be refunded 100% unconditionally; however, if the buyer defaults for subjective reasons (such as suddenly not liking the color or financial issues), the deposit will be retained as compensation for taking the vehicle off the market.
