Exterior: Paintwork is well-maintained; body structure shows no signs of repair; no major accidents reported. Interior: Clean and tidy. Safety indicator lights are functioning correctly; airbags and other passive safety features are working properly; vehicle electronics are in good working order; all static and dynamic equipment inside the vehicle is complete.
Internal logistics scheduling uses GPS, but direct access accounts are not open to the public. We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.
All vehicles on the lift must be inspected. We will provide high-definition close-up photos of the chassis directly below, suspension components, and the mid to rear section of the exhaust. We will honestly show any minor surface rust (a common phenomenon in cast iron); if we find bent longitudinal beams or extensive through-corrosion, the vehicle will be scrapped and not exported.
This is a common issue with sea transport. If the vehicle is parked at a humid dock, the EPB can easily rust to the brake disc. In addition to testing its release before shipping, we try to ask dock workers to secure the wheels with chocks instead of fully engaging the electronic parking brake.
