The car roof was hit by a falling object; photos are in the other listings. Except for the hood and right front fender, everything else has been repainted. All windows except the windshield have been replaced, including the roof glass, trim strips, and panels around the windows. There are no accident records; it was repaired internally by NIO.
RoRo ships usually charge based on the vehicle's volume (length x width x height, calculated in CBM) in tiers; container shipping has a fixed compartment price. We will calculate which method is the most economical for the current sailing.
Please take timestamped photos and videos at the first opportunity when picking up the car at the destination port (before leaving the port area). We will compare these with the final archived images taken at the Chinese port before shipping. If it is confirmed that we missed reporting it during the pre-shipment inspection, we will provide compensation for parts or labor costs based on the severity of the defect; if it is new physical damage incurred during shipping, the insurance claim process will need to be initiated.
The registration certificate will show whether the previous owner was an individual (registered with ID) or a company (registered with a business license). Vehicles under a company may be driven by multiple people, so we will focus on checking the uniformity of interior wear and the condition of the chassis.
