If the car has been maintained at an authorized dealer, we can extract the desensitized official maintenance history (including entry time, mileage, and maintenance items) through a paid third-party data provider and provide it to you. Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.
As long as you provide us with a genuine and valid bank SWIFT MT103 wire transfer message (receipt) within the payment deadline specified in the contract, we will reserve the vehicle and continue with the port operations, even if the funds are held up in the intermediary bank for several days.
