Dah Chong Hong offers a 3-day return policy, a 7-day exchange policy, and lifetime free oil changes for vehicles on the second floor! (Subject to the vehicle purchase contract.) We can only infer from the existing connected maintenance records. If the records show continuity and adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule, we will assign a high credit score; if there are gaps of tens of thousands of kilometers, we will assume it was not well maintained during that period and alert you.
Compliance with the law is an absolute requirement for exports. All vehicles exported through our platform must complete the following legal processes: release all domestic bank mortgages, pay all traffic fines, and complete the formal deregistration for "transfer pending export" with the Chinese public security traffic management department. Only vehicles with 100% clear ownership can be approved for export permits.
We will never perform blind deep disassembly unless there are clear severe fault codes or extreme noises. The sealing of the engine and transmission is crucial, and compromising the factory seals to investigate non-existent issues is unprofessional. We rely on data flow and external acoustic and fluid analysis to make judgments.
