We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

There are various reasons, including but not limited to: financial needs, restrictions from lottery policies, moving abroad, or dissatisfaction with certain features of the vehicle. We will ensure that the vehicle was not sold due to catastrophic failures by ruling out major accidents, water damage, and flooding.

Our foreign versions of the report standardize terminology and include illustrations. For example, instead of just writing "control arm failure," we specify "Lower Control Arm Bushing Torn" to help your local technicians identify the issue directly.
