We will check if the vehicle identification number (VIN) is within the official recall batch. Our standard holding period is 3 business days after the deposit is paid (based on the timestamp of the payment slip). The domestic used car market in China moves very quickly, and if we do not receive the bank message confirming the deposit within the specified time, the system will automatically release the hold, and the vehicle will be re-listed for public sale.
After receiving the final payment, we will send you the complete set of original customs clearance documents via DHL or FedEx, which typically includes: - Bill of Lading (B/L) - Commercial Invoice - Packing List - Certificate of Origin (CO) - Used Vehicle Export License issued by the Ministry of Commerce of China Note: If your local customs requires additional documents (such as VIN consistency certificate), please inform us in advance before shipping.
