The contract should include the following note: The transaction price of this vehicle is lower than the market price. Both parties agree that if the main structure of the vehicle is cut and replaced, water-damaged, or burned, the vehicle can be returned and a refund can be issued within one month, with no compensation to either party. However, Party A shall not be liable for other issues such as sheet metal repairs, painting, or deformation.
We can purchase the hardware (diagnostic device) on your behalf. However, the original online diagnostic accounts (especially those involving anti-theft programming and module matching) have strict domestic IP location and real-name authentication restrictions, making it very difficult to log in stably from overseas for a long time, and we cannot guarantee technical support for this.
If the original owner included the factory slow charger, we will package and ship it together; if it's lost, the platform does not provide it. Note that the factory plug is a Chinese three-prong socket, and an adapter is needed overseas.
We must inform you objectively: Most Chinese car manufacturers' connected services (cloud servers) are restricted by data security regulations and overseas network limitations. Once the vehicle leaves China, the factory-installed SIM card will become inactive. This means that official OTA upgrades and factory mobile app remote controls (like pre-cooling the car or unlocking doors) typically cannot be used overseas. The vehicle will operate as a standalone version, but this will not affect basic driving and physical button functions.
