All vehicles exported through our platform must complete the following legal processes: release all domestic bank mortgages, pay all traffic fines, and complete the formal deregistration for "transfer pending export" with the Chinese public security traffic management department. Only vehicles with 100% clear ownership can be approved for export permits.

Yes. Third-party service providers in logistics, inspection, customs clearance, and finance can join the platform as "service providers."

Our responsibility ends with delivering the vehicle to the Russian border or Far East port and providing the legal Chinese export documents. The payment of Scrap Tax, application for SBKTS (Vehicle Structure Safety Certificate), and activation of the final e-PTS electronic passport must be fully handled by the Russian buyer and their local customs broker.
