We understand that the power battery is the core asset of an EV. Before export, our technical team will use professional OBD diagnostic equipment to read the underlying data from the Battery Management System (BMS). We will provide you with a technical report that includes key indicators such as battery health percentage (SOH), cell pressure differences, and charge-discharge cycle counts. If the SOH is below our established export safety standard (usually above 80%, depending on the vehicle's age), the vehicle will be intercepted and not sent overseas.

The technician will start the vehicle and turn on the air conditioning system, measuring the actual temperature at the vents at the lowest and highest settings with a thermometer; at the same time, they will connect a manifold pressure gauge to check if the refrigerant pressure in the high and low pressure lines is within the normal range, determining if there is a chronic refrigerant leak.

Check the specific requirements of the destination country in advance regarding vehicle age (left-hand/right-hand drive), emission standards (Euro 4/Euro 5), and steering position (left-hand/right-hand drive) to avoid customs clearance issues upon arrival.
