This is a FAW-Volkswagen Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, offering manufacturer subsidies and extended warranty. The front bumper and left headlight have been replaced. The vehicle is in excellent condition.
As long as the scratches do not damage the aluminum battery pack casing and do not cause structural dents in the crash beam, we will document it in the inspection report as "Surface Scuff" and no replacement will be made.
We will remove the chassis guard to physically inspect the battery pack's lower shell for serious dents or scratches, and check for signs of mud or sand intrusion in the waterproof vent at the edge of the battery pack.
We will carefully check if the chassis number on the windshield, chassis, and door frame matches.
