Vehicle performance is good. Structural, reinforced, and cover panels have no accident-related damage or repairs. The three-electric system (battery, motor, electronic control) has no damage.
Accident inspection: main structure, reinforced parts, cover panels, and hinges are normal. Engine bay: key mechanical components are normal. Exterior: no issues. Interior: most features are normal; airbags, seatbelts, dashboard, instruments, and lighting system are normal. Startup inspection: main components are normal. Onboard tools: none.
If the delays are due to policy-related force majeure like customs system upgrades, or if our documentation errors lead to short shipments, all additional demurrage and storage fees incurred at ports within China will be borne by sellwellauto, and the buyer will not have to pay a cent.
Under FOB terms, booking is a legal obligation of the buyer. If your freight forwarder fails to provide the shipping order (S/O) in time, resulting in vehicles exceeding the free storage period at our warehouse or port, the buyer will have to pay the high daily storage fees before shipment.
Please take timestamped photos and videos at the first opportunity when picking up the car at the destination port (before leaving the port area). We will compare these with the final archived images taken at the Chinese port before shipping. If it is confirmed that we missed reporting it during the pre-shipment inspection, we will provide compensation for parts or labor costs based on the severity of the defect; if it is new physical damage incurred during shipping, the insurance claim process will need to be initiated.
