I recently acquired a 2014 Volkswagen Touareg 3.0TSI Comfort model (2011 model). The metal parts are in their original paint condition, and it has only driven a little over 20,000 kilometers. The chassis is compact, the interior is clean, and all the paperwork is complete and ready for immediate transfer.
The catalytic converter contains precious metals, making it a target for theft. During chassis inspection, we check if the welding points of the catalytic converter are in their original state. Once verified, the vehicle will be sealed after being handed over to port logistics to prevent disassembly and resale.
Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.
Most models adjust through the central control screen menu, while a few models (like some BYD or MG) retain physical levers or paddles on the center console or steering wheel. We will check if the drag feel when the system engages is linearly normal.
