The "usage type" section on the vehicle registration certificate has legal validity. Any vehicle that changes from "commercial" to "non-commercial" has a usage intensity far exceeding that of personal vehicles, and we will label these prominently. If the delays are due to policy-related force majeure like customs system upgrades, or if our documentation errors lead to short shipments, all additional demurrage and storage fees incurred at ports within China will be borne by sellwellauto, and the buyer will not have to pay a cent.
We will provide a detailed logistics and insurance cost table from the port of origin to the destination port, but since we do not have access to the rapidly changing tariff dynamics of multiple countries, we cannot provide an absolute "Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)" calculation.
