All vehicles displayed in our store are genuine and priced accurately. Unauthorized use of our photos constitutes false advertising. Many intermediaries online use low-price leads, so please be discerning! We provide comprehensive two-way inspection reports on the vehicle's condition and battery health for all our vehicles. Our vehicle condition is transparent, and we offer after-sales support. If the vehicle's condition does not match our claims, we will compensate you! We support a three-day no-reason return policy. If you find a lower price elsewhere, we'll refund you; if your mother-in-law doesn't like it, we'll refund you! Nationwide delivery to your door, cash on delivery, buy from home! Under FOB terms, booking is a legal obligation of the buyer. If your freight forwarder fails to provide the shipping order (S/O) in time, resulting in vehicles exceeding the free storage period at our warehouse or port, the buyer will have to pay the high daily storage fees before shipment.
We use quantitative standards. Minor scratches less than 3 cm that do not reach the base coat (which can be polished) are considered normal wear; scratches over 3 cm deep to the base coat or dents larger than 2 cm in diameter will be highlighted in the inspection report's "Appearance Defect Distribution Map" with close-up photos.
All vehicles on the lift must be inspected. We will provide high-definition close-up photos of the chassis directly below, suspension components, and the mid to rear section of the exhaust. We will honestly show any minor surface rust (a common phenomenon in cast iron); if we find bent longitudinal beams or extensive through-corrosion, the vehicle will be scrapped and not exported.
