OUR ACCOUNT

If you use any SellWellAuto Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. SellWellAuto does not sell the SellWellAuto Service for children, but it sells them to adults (18 years old or older) only. If you are under 18 years old, you may use the SellWellAuto Service only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian. SellWellAuto reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

ESTABLISHMENT OF CONTRACT

Your order is an offer to purchase the product. If you order a product through SellWellAuto, this site will send you an “Invoice” to pay. After SellWellAuto receives payment receipt confirmation from its affiliates, it will send you a “payment confirmation” e-mail indicating that your payment has been received and mentioning the details of the order. Upon payment confirmation, SellWellAuto will dispatch your purchased product and will send you a “shipment confirmation” e-mail. For all products sold in SellWellAuto, regardless of the payment method and shipping option you choose, your offer to purchase the product is accepted and a contract is established between you and the owner of the product (mentioned in the “shipment confirmation”), when this site sends you a “shipment confirmation” e-mail. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for digital content download products, your offer to purchase the product is accepted and a contract is established between SellWellAuto and you, when this site sends you an “order confirmation” e-mail, and for pre-orders, your offer to purchase the product is accepted and a contract is established when this site sends you an “order confirmation” e-mail notifying you that the pre-ordered product has become or will be available for download. If you have ordered multiple products in one order and SellWellAuto sent you a “shipment confirmation” e-mail with respect to only a part of such order, then a contract will not be established concerning the other products until the “shipment confirmation” e-mail for those products is sent separately.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

During a deal, all users of SellWellAuto are required to be available for communication via both email and phone. During a deal, in case there is not enough information or payment for SellWellAuto to deliver the product to you, and if SellWellAuto cannot contact you for 15 days, even after trying via both email and phone calls multiple times, it will mean that you have cancelled the deal. If you ask for cancellation of a deal after we have received your sent amount, we will charge 50% of the invoiced amount or $2000, whichever higher, as a cancellation fee. In such case, we will send the refund amount to you, after deducting the fee, at your bank cost. After we have shared the shipping schedule with you, no refund will be available, even if you cancel the deal. If we cancel the deal for unavoidable reasons at our side (for example, the product or the service has been damaged or not available), we will refund you 100% of the amount received at our bank, and you will bear necessary bank cost. Though we always try to make it fast, the amount of time required to complete the refund process will differ based on the processing capacity of our Return Center and the payment method selected. We will notify you by email once the procedure is completed. No interest will accrue with respect to amounts to be refunded by SellWellAuto.

TRANSFER OF TITLE / RISK OF LOSS

Title for all items purchased from SellWellAuto (except for digital content download products) will pass to you, when the product reaches its destination if shipped to a domestic destination, or when the original documents including BL is mailed to you after shipment to an oversea destination, regardless of the payment method and shipping option you choose, if not advised otherwise.

STANDARDS / LAWS OF IMPORTING COUNTRIES

In case of imports, the buyer will be responsible to confirm the import laws and customs duties with the authorities in the importing country before they make a purchase SellWellAuto. SellWellAuto will not be responsible for any claim related to such rules or issues.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

SellWellAuto attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, SellWellAuto does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any SellWellAuto Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product sold in SellWellAuto is not as described, we will do an in-depth inspection neutrally.

SellWellAuto SOFTWARE TERMS

These Conditions of Use apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software and any related documentation, “SellWellAuto Software”) that we make available to you from time to time for your use in connection with SellWellAuto Services (the “SellWellAuto Software”).

OTHER BUSINESSES

Parties other than SellWellAuto operate stores, provide services, sell products or list advertisement on this site, and this site may link to sites of affiliated companies and certain other companies. SellWellAuto is not responsible for examining or evaluating, and does not warrant the products of such business or individual or the content of their Web sites. SellWellAuto does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product and content of all these and any other third parties. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DISPUTES

The formation, performance, amendment, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan region.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If such negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the People’s Court with jurisdiction at the defendant’s place of residence.
