How to prove the state of health (SOH) of a second-hand electric vehicle battery? Will a testing report be provided?

We understand that the power battery is the core asset of an EV. Before export, our technical team will use professional OBD diagnostic equipment to read the underlying data from the Battery Management System (BMS). We will provide you with a technical report that includes key indicators such as battery health percentage (SOH), cell pressure differences, and charge-discharge cycle counts. If the SOH is below our established export safety standard (usually above 80%, depending on the vehicle's age), the vehicle will be intercepted and not sent overseas.

How to prove that the chassis has no serious rust, corrosion, or bottom damage?

All vehicles on the lift must be inspected. We will provide high-definition close-up photos of the chassis directly below, suspension components, and the mid to rear section of the exhaust. We will honestly show any minor surface rust (a common phenomenon in cast iron); if we find bent longitudinal beams or extensive through-corrosion, the vehicle will be scrapped and not exported.

Is the shipping insurance rate for used new energy vehicles higher than that for traditional fuel vehicles? What is the deductible?

Yes. Due to the significant difficulty in extinguishing lithium battery fires, insurance companies typically charge 20%-40% higher rates for comprehensive coverage on used EVs compared to ICE vehicles. Additionally, the absolute deductible for minor scratches on the body will also be increased accordingly.
