All vehicles are strictly selected to exclude accident, flood-damaged, or fire-damaged cars. Sold vehicles are covered by a 30-day return/exchange policy and a 1-year/20,000 km warranty contract. If the vehicle condition does not match the description, double the round-trip travel expenses will be refunded.
To prevent intermittent failures due to aging of the resistance wire, we will start the engine and set the seat heating/ventilation to maximum for at least 5 minutes, confirming significant temperature changes or airflow output in the cushion and backrest using an infrared thermometer or body sensor.
It rarely happens, but there is a clear mechanism. If the transaction is canceled due to our reasons (such as the vehicle being suddenly seized by judicial authorities during the transfer), we will refund the full deposit you have paid and provide additional compensation according to the penalty clauses in the contract.
Most leading Chinese brands' car systems support "offline voice commands" (like adjusting temperature and opening windows). However, if recognition fails due to accent or language limitations (only standard Chinese is supported), you can always control it via the physical screen.
