If your country uses the European standard (CCS2), American standard (CCS1), or Japanese standard (CHAdeMO), the vehicle cannot be plugged directly into local charging stations. Absolutely not. The U.S. DOT and EPA have strict import restrictions on non-compliant vehicles. Any Chinese used car that is not 25 years old and not produced to U.S. standards will face mandatory crushing and destruction upon arrival at U.S. ports. We directly reject such non-compliant orders.

Our responsibility ends with delivering the vehicle to the Russian border or Far East port and providing the legal Chinese export documents. The payment of Scrap Tax, application for SBKTS (Vehicle Structure Safety Certificate), and activation of the final e-PTS electronic passport must be fully handled by the Russian buyer and their local customs broker.
