If the delays are due to policy-related force majeure like customs system upgrades, or if our documentation errors lead to short shipments, all additional demurrage and storage fees incurred at ports within China will be borne by sellwellauto, and the buyer will not have to pay a cent.

Most basic maintenance reminder lights (like for changing the air conditioning filter) can be manually cleared using a combination of steering wheel buttons or through the engineering mode on the central control screen. It depends on the specific brand and model. Some brands (like BYD and MG) have native multilingual systems that can switch to English directly; however, some models designed for the Chinese domestic market only have a Chinese interface. For systems that only have Chinese, we can assist with compliant system flashing (installing international firmware) or adding modules that support Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, so you can use Google Maps. The details page will clearly indicate the language status of each vehicle's system.
