We verify the data by extracting transmission mileage from the OBD computer, checking the most recent maintenance record's mileage, and consulting the national traffic management app for annual inspection records. Many hybrid vehicles require access to "maintenance mode" via engineering computers to allow the water pump to run at full speed for exhaust. We will check if the vehicle identification number (VIN) is within the official recall batch.
