The vehicle preparation service fee is 3509 yuan. The one-year vehicle warranty is the same as the new car 4S dealership warranty, including two genuine oil changes per year. It's not a standard warranty on the three major components (engine, transmission, and chassis) and it doesn't use generic oil. The fixed price is 4888 yuan, which includes the vehicle price, preparation service fee, one-year vehicle warranty including oil change, plus a free one-year warranty on the three major components and two genuine oil changes per year, totaling a 2-year warranty and 4 genuine oil changes.
Our legal red line is that the amounts on the China Customs declaration, export license, commercial invoice, and bank receipt must be consistent across all four documents. We firmly refuse to engage in the illegal act of issuing "false low-value invoices" to assist buyers in evading customs duties in the destination country.
Unfortunately, cross-border used cars are not covered by the manufacturer's free recall. If a physical recall occurs involving safety issues (like brake pump defects), we will notify you and offer improved new batch parts at cost price, but you will need to cover the labor costs for the replacement.
Absolutely not. Any secondary damage caused by overseas non-professional repairs, violent disassembly, or the use of inferior replacement fluids will immediately void any form of "extended parts compensation" we provide.
