Accident inspection: main structure damaged, reinforcing components damaged, panels damaged, hinges normal. Engine bay: key mechanical components normal. Exterior: 7 sheet metal repairs, 4 paint repairs. Interior: headliner severely loose, headliner dirty, left front seat dirty; most features normal, airbag system normal, lighting system normal. Startup inspection: engine condition warning light abnormal, body stability system fault light abnormal, ABS warning light abnormal. Onboard tools: spare tire present.
It depends on the situation. If the video inspection reveals significant mechanical faults or structural damage not disclosed in the inspection report, the deposit will be refunded 100% unconditionally; however, if the buyer defaults for subjective reasons (such as suddenly not liking the color or financial issues), the deposit will be retained as compensation for taking the vehicle off the market.
Under FOB terms, booking is a legal obligation of the buyer. If your freight forwarder fails to provide the shipping order (S/O) in time, resulting in vehicles exceeding the free storage period at our warehouse or port, the buyer will have to pay the high daily storage fees before shipment.
Once the car system (especially in a closed ecosystem) undergoes a major version upgrade, its bootloader is usually locked, preventing downgrades. If this happens, there is basically no solution in an overseas environment. Therefore, we strongly warn: do not blindly insert a USB drive to upgrade while offline.
