I recently acquired a 2014 Audi A4 (imported), a 2013 model 40 TFSI allroad quattro Comfort, with just over 59,000 kilometers on the odometer. It has been regularly and meticulously maintained, has a robust chassis, and the owner has been extremely attentive to its use. The interior is virtually untouched. The registration certificate will show whether the previous owner was an individual (registered with ID) or a company (registered with a business license). Vehicles under a company may be driven by multiple people, so we will focus on checking the uniformity of interior wear and the condition of the chassis.
Most models adjust through the central control screen menu, while a few models (like some BYD or MG) retain physical levers or paddles on the center console or steering wheel. We will check if the drag feel when the system engages is linearly normal.
We will provide the transfer record from the vehicle registration certificate. A high number of transfers does not necessarily indicate poor condition (for example, internal transfers within a family for quota purposes), but we will consider it a risk factor and conduct a more thorough physical inspection to verify its actual condition.
