If the SOH is below our established export safety standard (usually above 80%, depending on the vehicle's age), the vehicle will be intercepted and not sent overseas.

Absolutely not. The U.S. DOT and EPA have strict import restrictions on non-compliant vehicles. Any Chinese used car that is not 25 years old and not produced to U.S. standards will face mandatory crushing and destruction upon arrival at U.S. ports. We directly reject such non-compliant orders.

The customs of the destination country has the right to disregard the commercial invoice and reassess the value based on its internal database (such as the customs valuation red book). Any additional duties incurred are a result of the importing country's policy and are fully borne by the buyer (importer).
