We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

If your remitting bank requires verification of the transaction's authenticity, we will promptly provide: a commercial invoice (PI) signed and stamped by both parties, a scanned copy of the vehicle purchase contract, and our legal export enterprise registration certificate from the Ministry of Commerce in China.

Our FOB vehicle quotes are typically valid for 72 hours (as domestic retail vehicle sources can be sold at any time); sea freight quotes are valid for 7 to 14 days (depending on shipping line changes). After expiration, prices need to be recalculated based on real-time exchange rates and domestic procurement conditions.
