The "usage type" section on the vehicle registration certificate has legal validity. Any vehicle that changes from "commercial" to "non-commercial" has a usage intensity far exceeding that of personal vehicles, and we will label these prominently. Countries like Kenya typically require the First Registration Date to be within a specific timeframe. We will provide a notarized copy of the Vehicle Registration Certificate, along with an English translation, as absolute legal evidence.
Our delivery standard is 'As-Is'. If the original owner only hands over one key at the time of collection, the report will clearly state 'Keys: 1'. Do not assume that all used cars come with two keys, as the cost of reprogramming smart keys overseas is very high.
