All certified vehicles have undergone a rigorous 110-point screening process by the official authorities to eliminate accident-damaged, flood-damaged, and fire-damaged vehicles. 3. We offer trade-in services for used cars and free inspection and evaluation services. 4. The provenance of all certified vehicles sold is traceable, and their condition is genuine and undisclosed. Welcome to visit our showroom to view our vehicles. All vehicles are available for immediate sale in our showroom; we do not use intermediaries. Due to the rapid turnover of vehicles, please call ahead to schedule a viewing to avoid wasting your valuable time. Our vehicle inventory is updated daily.
We use an internationally certified electronic signature platform (such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign). Each signed contract generates a digital certificate with a timestamp and encrypted hash value, which has full legal defense effectiveness in international arbitration courts.
Our shipping quotes are typically valid for only 7 to 14 days. If a CIF contract is signed and there are significant fluctuations in shipping costs due to war surcharges or route changes imposed by the shipping company before the vehicle is actually loaded, we will transparently provide you with the official price increase notice from the shipping company. At that point, we reserve the right to renegotiate the freight difference or allow you to change the trade terms to FOB, letting you designate your own freight forwarder for booking.
Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.
