The contract should include the following note: Both parties agree that if the vehicle's main structure has been cut and replaced, flooded, or burned, a refund can be issued within one month, with no further compensation from either party. However, Party A is not responsible for other issues such as sheet metal repairs, paintwork, deformation, or the accuracy of the mileage. Compulsory traffic insurance expires in February 2026. No metal parts have been replaced.
Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.
As long as the scratches do not damage the aluminum battery pack casing and do not cause structural dents in the crash beam, we will document it in the inspection report as "Surface Scuff" and no replacement will be made.
