Accident inspection: main structure damaged, reinforcing parts damaged, cover parts damaged, hinges abnormal; engine bay: engine assembly repaired/disassembled, gearbox housing oil leak; exterior: 2 replaced parts, 4 panel repairs, 2 paint jobs; interior: configuration abnormal, airbags normal, seatbelts normal, dashboard normal, instrument readings normal, lighting system normal; start test: main components normal; onboard tools: missing.
No hidden fees. The total amount on the FOB/CIF invoice is the final amount. We rely on professional supply chain operations to earn a reasonable margin and do not allow any sales personnel to privately request kickbacks or service fees from you.
As long as the scratches do not damage the aluminum battery pack casing and do not cause structural dents in the crash beam, we will document it in the inspection report as "Surface Scuff" and no replacement will be made.
Our legal delivery milestone is based on the "Estimated Time of Departure (ETD)". As long as the vehicle enters the port area and customs clearance is completed within the agreed timeframe, any delays in shipping schedules due to the shipping company's capacity adjustments will not be considered a breach on our part. The uncontrollability of maritime transport must be factored into your expectations.
