We can purchase the hardware (diagnostic device) on your behalf. However, the original online diagnostic accounts (especially those involving anti-theft programming and module matching) have strict domestic IP location and real-name authentication restrictions, making it very difficult to log in stably from overseas for a long time, and we cannot guarantee technical support for this.

The target country has strict age and emission (such as Euro V/Euro VI) restrictions on imported used cars. Will you help me review this?

Our system provides basic risk alerts based on the general regulations of the main exporting countries, but the final responsibility for confirming whether the vehicle meets the import country's regulations lies with the buyer. We will rigorously indicate the vehicle's production year, first registration date, and Chinese emission standards (such as National V, National VI) on the details page. We recommend that you submit this accurate data to the local vehicle management department or customs agent for verification before placing an order.

How do you assess the appearance condition of a vehicle? What specific standards are there for scratches and dents?

We use quantitative standards. Minor scratches less than 3 cm that do not reach the base coat (which can be polished) are considered normal wear; scratches over 3 cm deep to the base coat or dents larger than 2 cm in diameter will be highlighted in the inspection report's "Appearance Defect Distribution Map" with close-up photos.
