The 2023 model features a head-up display, Harman Kardon sound system, independent rear air conditioning, laser headlights, Level 2 driver assistance, heated seats, and additional seat ventilation and aromatherapy functions. It has zero accidents, but has a front bumper repaint record and photos of minor scratches.
We use quantitative standards. Minor scratches less than 3 cm that do not reach the base coat (which can be polished) are considered normal wear; scratches over 3 cm deep to the base coat or dents larger than 2 cm in diameter will be highlighted in the inspection report's "Appearance Defect Distribution Map" with close-up photos.
Our foreign versions of the report standardize terminology and include illustrations. For example, instead of just writing "control arm failure," we specify "Lower Control Arm Bushing Torn" to help your local technicians identify the issue directly.
