From the proper functioning of the engine and transmission to details such as tire tread thickness (at least 3mm), remaining mileage (greater than 6,000 km), and brake disc/pad thickness, every item is meticulously inspected and restored. Vehicles damaged by floods, trains, or with significant structural damage are excluded. Every BMW Certified Pre-Owned vehicle comes with BMW 24-hour roadside assistance, trade-in service, test drive, a minimum 12-month or unlimited mileage warranty, BMW Financial Services professional loan services, and assistance with vehicle transfer.
It rarely happens, but there is a clear mechanism. If the transaction is canceled due to our reasons (such as the vehicle being suddenly seized by judicial authorities during the transfer), we will refund the full deposit you have paid and provide additional compensation according to the penalty clauses in the contract.

All vehicles on the lift must be inspected. We will provide high-definition close-up photos of the chassis directly below, suspension components, and the mid to rear section of the exhaust. We will honestly show any minor surface rust (a common phenomenon in cast iron); if we find bent longitudinal beams or extensive through-corrosion, the vehicle will be scrapped and not exported.
