BMW Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles promise: Every BMW Certified Pre-Owned vehicle undergoes rigorous quality inspection and restoration. From the proper functioning of the engine and transmission to details such as tire tread thickness (at least 3mm), remaining mileage (greater than 6,000 km), and brake disc/pad thickness, every item is meticulously inspected and restored. Vehicles damaged by floods, trains, or with significant structural damage are excluded. Every BMW Certified Pre-Owned vehicle comes with BMW 24-hour roadside assistance, trade-in service, test drive, a minimum 12-month or unlimited mileage warranty, BMW Financial Services professional loan services, and assistance with vehicle transfer.
Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.
To prevent intermittent failures due to aging of the resistance wire, we will start the engine and set the seat heating/ventilation to maximum for at least 5 minutes, confirming significant temperature changes or airflow output in the cushion and backrest using an infrared thermometer or body sensor.
All vehicles on the lift must be inspected. We will provide high-definition close-up photos of the chassis directly below, suspension components, and the mid to rear section of the exhaust. We will honestly show any minor surface rust (a common phenomenon in cast iron); if we find bent longitudinal beams or extensive through-corrosion, the vehicle will be scrapped and not exported.
