The used car industry is quite unique, and building trust is difficult. We aim to make friends with every car we sell and spread our reputation through word of mouth. Our goal is to thoroughly understand the condition of each car. Every vehicle comes with a third-party inspection report, maintenance records, and accident information. We also read the odometer on-site (to check the actual mileage), ensuring you buy a safe and reliable car.
The headliner is considered an "irreversible interior component." If the edges are delaminated or there are deep, hard-to-clean dark water stains, it will directly lead to a downgrade in the interior grade, even if it does not affect driving. We will not use pins or low-quality glue for cosmetic repairs.
We use quantitative standards. Minor scratches less than 3 cm that do not reach the base coat (which can be polished) are considered normal wear; scratches over 3 cm deep to the base coat or dents larger than 2 cm in diameter will be highlighted in the inspection report's "Appearance Defect Distribution Map" with close-up photos.
The vehicle's "Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate" will clearly print the records of the mortgage and its release. Our legal and documentation team will strictly review during the vehicle collection process to ensure that the ownership is completely free and clear, preventing any future ownership disputes.
