We will provide the transfer record from the vehicle registration certificate. Our delivery standard is 'As-Is'. If the original owner only hands over one key at the time of collection, the report will clearly state 'Keys: 1'. Do not assume that all used cars come with two keys, as the cost of reprogramming smart keys overseas is very high.
Testing is mandatory. Troubleshooting electrical devices in the car is part of the standard procedure. We will test the window lift motors, mirror folding, air conditioning compressor and fan, electric seat tracks, etc. Any stuttering or failure of electronic components will be recorded.
