This is a brand new car with no defects. It is a consignment vehicle for a large customer and can only be purchased with full payment. The ownership can only be transferred six months after the registration date. It is currently in normal use. It is a BMW Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Chengdu Zhongbao BMW 4S Store, a 12-year-old store.
This is considered a force majeure risk. We will require the vehicle's state of charge (SOC) to be maintained in a safe dormant range of 30%-50% before loading, and we will insure you for all marine risks under CIF terms. If the battery suffers thermal runaway total loss due to abnormal cargo hold temperatures, the insurance company will compensate.
Testing is mandatory. Troubleshooting electrical devices in the car is part of the standard procedure. We will test the window lift motors, mirror folding, air conditioning compressor and fan, electric seat tracks, etc. Any stuttering or failure of electronic components will be recorded.
It will cause serious obstacles. China's foreign exchange controls are extremely strict. If the remittance note and the remitter do not match our declared contract, the bank will reject the transaction (Pending). We will need to spend several days submitting additional explanations to the foreign exchange authority, which will inevitably delay the shipping schedule.
