We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

We do not rely on the seller's verbal assurances. We provide multi-dimensional accident-free certification by cross-referencing insurance claims records, service orders from authorized dealerships, and conducting on-site paint thickness measurements and weld point inspections of the chassis and structural components (longitudinal beams, A/B/C pillars, shock absorber mounts).

Changes must be requested before the shipping cut-off date (SI Cut-off Date) prior to the vessel's departure. Once the vessel has sailed, the shipping company will charge a high amendment fee, which may also cause delays in customs clearance at the destination port, with costs borne by the buyer.
