This is a 2022 BYD e3 Mobility Edition with 401km (non-commercial), one-owner vehicle with 66,000 kilometers on the odometer. It features keyless start, reversing camera, cruise control, ventilated and heated driver's seat, multi-function steering wheel, and more.
We will check if the vehicle identification number (VIN) is within the official recall batch. If there are any outstanding safety recalls (such as replacing Takata airbags), we will require the original owner to assist in sending it to an official 4S shop to complete the free recall work before the vehicle is deregistered.
If the delays are due to policy-related force majeure like customs system upgrades, or if our documentation errors lead to short shipments, all additional demurrage and storage fees incurred at ports within China will be borne by sellwellauto, and the buyer will not have to pay a cent.
Yes. For software crashes, a forced restart (Hard Reset) can usually be done with a specific combination of physical buttons or by disconnecting the negative terminal of the 12V battery for 5 minutes to recover. We will send you these engineering operation manuals.
