This vehicle has been inspected and confirmed to be free of major accident damage, water damage, and fire damage. Minor scratches on the exterior, clean interior with normal wear, no damage to the frame, normal engine wear, smooth gear shifting, and all electrical fluids are in good condition.
Our responsibility ends with delivering the vehicle to the Russian border or Far East port and providing the legal Chinese export documents. The payment of Scrap Tax, application for SBKTS (Vehicle Structure Safety Certificate), and activation of the final e-PTS electronic passport must be fully handled by the Russian buyer and their local customs broker.
We can only infer from the existing connected maintenance records. If the records show continuity and adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule, we will assign a high credit score; if there are gaps of tens of thousands of kilometers, we will assume it was not well maintained during that period and alert you.
The storage area at the roll-on/roll-off terminal is entirely outdoors, which is standard practice at ports worldwide. During the few days vehicles wait to be loaded, they will inevitably be exposed to sun and rain and accumulate dust. We will not provide custom car covers as this would significantly hinder the efficiency of dock workers moving vehicles.
