Most major brands now support overseas accounts, but features like voice assistants or map data may be limited outside China. In-car navigation may default to Chinese maps, so plan to use Android Auto, CarPlay, or phone mirroring instead. Before purchase, confirm with the exporter in writing: which connected functions work in your country, and whether a regional account conversion is included in the price.

Air suspension is very delicate. If, after the vehicle has been stationary for about 12 hours, the height on one side of the vehicle drops more than 1.5 cm when measured from the wheel arch to the tire, we will determine that there is a slight air leak in the air spring or distribution valve on that side and warn you of the high subsequent repair costs.

Never pay the full balance before receiving at least a copy of it. 4. Export customs declaration - Chinese customs; confirms the car was legally exported. 6. Pre-shipment inspection report - issued by companies like Intertek, SGS or the EAA scheme, if your country mandates it. Ask the exporter for scanned copies of all documents before shipping so you or your broker can verify completeness.
